You can’t go wrong with guacamole. Ever.
What You Need
- 2 large avocados
- 1 lime
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- pinch of crushed red pepper
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
How To Do It
1. Cut the guacamole lengthwise and remove the pit. Cut lines into the guacamole to form small cube shapes. Place those directly into a bowl and discard the peel.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mash with a fork. Depending on your preference, mash longer for a more creamy texture.
3. Serve immediately or add more lime and refrigerate to prevent browning.
Eat plain with chips as an appetizer or add to sandwiches and tacos. It is so good!
